You will lead the product strategy for a mobile social sandbox game, owning core gameplay systems, economy, and monetization. You will collaborate with engineering and design to translate vision into buildable features while using data and player research to drive engagement and revenue.
Storycraft is an AI-powered, mobile-first social sandbox where players don't just play stories—they build them. Think Minecraft meets The Sims meets Wattpad: a new genre of creative, social storytelling where AI helps players bring their imagination to life.
Backed by top-tier investors who have invested in Open AI, Unity, Supercell and others, we're building a platform that reimagines storytelling as play—combining intuitive creation tools, emotionally expressive characters, and collaborative world-building.
🎮 The Role
We're hiring a senior product leader to bring our product strategy to life inside the game. This is not a people management role at present. You'll lead through execution, turning creative vision into compelling systems and delightful player experiences that drive both engagement, retention, virality, and revenue.
You've already made meaningful contributions to top-grossing mobile free-to-play games, especially in simulation, life sim, strategy, or crafting genres. You're fluent in F2P systems and deeply player-centric. Most importantly, you're ready to build something original, hands-on, and from the ground up.
