About the Role
This is a system-focused Product Management role responsible for the execution, delivery, and ongoing optimization of BlockWorks Online, our tax-pro-facing digital application. The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with Product Experience, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to drive seamless execution from discovery through release, delivering high-quality, customer-centric features that improve engagement, satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strong operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience managing and delivering enhancements across both consumer- and internal-facing applications, while playing a critical role in ensuring BlockWorks Online provides an intuitive, reliable, and engaging experience for clients and tax pros.
Day to day, you'll...
- Manage the BWO product backlog, prioritization, and release planning
- Partner closely with Product Experience, Engineering, and Design to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead implementation of features and enhancements, ensuring the right solutions are built and delivered on time with high quality
- Use data and customer insights to inform feature enhancements and experience improvements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate within an Agile delivery model
- Ensure appropriate instrumentation, testing, and reporting capabilities are in place to support product performance and experimentation
- Identify future and near-term risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, proactively driving resolution and partnering with other system teams as needed
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end tax pro and client experience across releases
- Serve as the BWO subject matter expert, acting as a bridge between Product Experience, Engineering, and business stakeholders
- Support continuous optimization of the experience through A/B testing, experimentation, and ongoing product improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably supporting consumer-facing digital products or applications
- Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize work, and deliver features in an Agile environment
- Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive execution and delivery
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern delivery methodologies (Agile, Lean, DevOps)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- Demonstrated learning mindset with experience applying experimentation frameworks to inform product decisions
- Comfort leveraging AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle and curiosity for emerging technologies
- A track record of improving end-to-end user experiences, not just shipping individual features

Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Pay Range
$101,200.00 - $161,900.00/Yr.
