AI Summary

Define and build a media observability product suite that detects signal loss and data gaps across major marketing platforms. You will act as the domain authority, collaborating with engineering to translate complex media requirements into actionable product features.

About the role

You know DV360, CM360 and SA360 better than most product managers ever will. Now come build the product.

Media buying is becoming autonomous. AI bidding engines re-optimize constantly on whatever signal they’re fed. When that signal breaks (a lost conversion, a drifting tag, a consent gap), the bidder learns the wrong lesson, and the platform’s own reports usually don’t show it. Nobody owns that problem today. InfoTrust is building the product that will.

InfoTrust is one of the largest independent Google Marketing Platform resellers, and we’re becoming a product company. We don’t run media, so we have no incentive to grade our own homework. Brands trust us to tell them whether the data their marketing runs on is accurate, compliant and complete. A small, fast engineering team is building our new product suite, which is in stealth mode. You’ll hear much more as you move through the process.

This role is for you if you’ve spent years hands-on in the Google media stack and keep thinking “someone should build a product for this.” That might be as a solutions engineer, technical account manager, ad-ops or media-ops engineer, or measurement specialist. You don’t need a Product Manager title. Our VP of Product Management will coach you on the craft of product management. What we need is what you already have: deep media knowledge and the instinct to turn it into something customers will pay for.

What you’ll do

  • Define what “healthy signal” means. Write the framework that sets out what signal each media platform needs, where it breaks, how we detect each failure and how we price it in media dollars. This framework becomes the spine of the product.
  • Own the customer problem. Identify customers’ most important problems and explain them clearly to internal stakeholders, along with why we should solve them now.
  • Design and build observability for media platforms, starting with GMP. Shape the modules that catch what DV360, SA360, CM360 and GA miss, from customer discovery through launch. Then extend them to Meta and other machine-buying platforms.
  • Prove it works. Design the measurement approach that shows fixing signal improves performance, whether through incrementality, geo tests, DV360 experiments or something new.
  • Talk to customers constantly. Run interviews, account reviews and win/loss analysis. Write clear requirements and work through trade-offs with engineering every day.
  • Be the expert in the room. Give our sales team the story, the demos and the proof, and join early sales calls as the domain authority.

What success looks like in year one

  1. Your signal framework is documented, versioned and used across R&D, Customer Success and Sales.
  2. The first GMP observability module is live with customers, showing silent signal loss and platform-vs-GA gaps in dollar terms.
  3. Sales can cite three proof points that customers have validated.
  4. You have a roadmap for the media-platform product line, built on customer evidence, that you can defend in front of leadership.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on depth in at least two of DV360, CM360, SA360 and GA4/GA360. You’ve operated these platforms, not just read about them, and you know the Google Ads and YouTube side too.
  • A clear understanding of the measurement plumbing: Floodlight, gtag/GTM, server-side tagging, conversion APIs and consent mode, and where signal gets lost.
  • Comfort with data and APIs. You’ve pulled data from platform APIs and worked with databases, and you can read code or an architecture diagram well enough to hold your own with engineers.
  • Experience running or designing measurement experiments, such as incrementality tests, geo tests or DV360 experiments.
  • A track record of measurable results. Show us what changed because of your work, not just what you were responsible for.
  • Real interest in product management, and the communication skills to explain complex MarTech simply to Director- and VP-level buyers.
  • Bonus points: experience with Meta, Amazon, TikTok or The Trade Desk; time at a GMP reseller or Google partner; breadth across programmatic, search and measurement; or work on observability or data-quality products.
