The Role
- Own and maintain a single, prioritized product backlog that reflects strategy, customer, partner, and operational needs
- Present product updates, roadmaps, narratives, and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
- Align internal scrum teams around product vision and strategic goals
- Lead and mentor product managers and owners, fostering their success and growth
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in product management, 3+ years in a senior or lead role
- Proven ability to manage a backlog across stakeholders with competing priorities
- Experience leading and mentoring product managers and product owners
- Strong understanding of agile and Scrum methodologies, and experience working closely with engineering and scrum teams
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present to executive and external audiences
- Must live and work remotely in the Eastern or Central time zone of the USA (no New York state)
- Okay with travel for customer or company meetings
- You'll need to do an in-person identity proofing
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or digital health platforms
- Familiarity with federal healthcare programs (VA, DoD, CMS)
- History of building products within compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP
- Familiarity with provider network management, care navigation, or scheduling platforms
- Recent experience delivering AI capabilities and features
- Background in enterprise SaaS product management
- Experience working in a startup or growth-stage company where flexibility and ownership are valued
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus
