We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with a background in SaaS and BtoB to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and evolution of our SaaS platform. You will report to the Head of Product.
YOUR SCOPE AS PRODUCT MANAGER
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle of your squad, in its full scope, from ideation and strategy to execution and market launch:
Contribute to defining and managing your squad product roadmap, ensuring itβs aligned with the product vision and strategy, and it reflects business objectives, customer needs, and market trends
Drive and conduct discovery phases to maximise the value delivered to end-users (user research & interviews, market analysis, competitive benchmark, etc.)
Work closely with stakeholders to shape the next product features and plan the iterative increments
Lead the product development process of your squad, including defining requirements and KPIs, creating user stories, and prioritising features
Work closely with the engineering team of your squad to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features, including testing and reprioritising when necessary
Communicate on product releases, both internally and externally
Collaborate with marketing, customer success and sales teams to drive product awareness, adoption, and customer success
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS BtoB products
You are autonomous, organised and proactive, with demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
You have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions
You are an agile advocate
You are empathetic and you love working with people from different backgrounds
Have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
You love digital marketing, social media and/or influencer marketing
You embrace remote work culture
You are fluent in English
You can be based anywhere in Europe.
