The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end roadmap for the Salesforce and servicing product ecosystem, translating business goals into structured requirements and user stories for high-impact feature delivery. This role involves partnering with engineering and operations to improve workflows, interfaces, and integrations within Salesforce while establishing necessary QA and UAT processes.

What You’ll Do
- Own the Salesforce and servicing roadmap end-to-end
- Translate business goals into structured requirements and user stories

- Expand platform capabilities through reporting and vendor integrations

What You’ve Done Before
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, lending, or related domain
- Experience owning Salesforce-based products
- Exposure to servicing, collections, underwriting, or credit workflows
Tools and Expertise You’ll Bring
- Salesforce platform expertise
- Strong requirements writing and documentation
- Experience with BI tools and data analysis
- Familiarity with SDLC tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
- $150,000 – $200,000 base salary
