As a Senior Product Manager for our Virtual Data Room (VDR), you'll lead the development of powerful reporting and insights tools that play a pivotal role in high-stakes M&A transactions.
Your mission? To empower investment professionals, lawyers, and executives with smart, clear, and actionable information about their projects, helping them spot red flags faster, accelerate due diligence, and make confident decisions.
You'll drive the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, building AI-enhanced, intuitive solutions that don’t just deliver insights – they drive deal outcomes and business success.
This role is open to candidates based in Ukraine, Portugal, or Poland.
Define and execute product vision and strategy for reporting and insights inside the VDR in alignment with overall product strategy and company vision
Research user behavior, industry trends, and market needs to identify new opportunities
Validate ideas through structured discovery: user interviews, data analysis, experiments, and stakeholder input
Define and communicate product requirements through PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design teams in delivering quality solutions
Collaborate with engineers, designers, UX writers, and data analysts within cross-functional product teams to co-create and deliver high-quality solutions
Contribute to GTM strategy and work with the content team to develop launch plans, positioning, and messaging that drive product adoption and market success
Measure success post-launch and iterate based on data and feedback
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes
Proven experience across the full product lifecycle – from discovery to post-release iteration
Skilled in using both customer insights and data to inform product decisions
Ability to turn industry and market trends into clear product strategies
Passion for delivering intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful experiences
Familiarity with Scrum or other agile-based frameworks
Excellent collaboration, communication, and English proficiency (C1 level)
Experience owning analytics, dashboards, or BI tools in B2B workflows, especially in compliance-heavy or data-sensitive domains
Understanding of M&A, fundraising, or other financial operations

Product management expertise and problem discovery interview with the Group Product Manager (90-120 min)
Short take-home task: one-pager / mini PRD (2–3 hours effort, 1–2 days turnaround)
UI/UX and solution discovery interview with the Head of Product Design (60 min)
Product delivery interview with the Director of Engineering (60 min)
Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (90 mins)
