As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape how hundreds of thousands of people experience Flip every day. You will define product experiences end to end: from framing the problem space to delivering polished, reliable solutions. This role is for experienced designers who think in systems, care deeply about usability, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship meaningful work.

What you’ll do

• Own the design for a core product area. Shape the full user journey across mobile and web, from early exploration to final polish.
• Bring clarity to complexity. Translate real operational challenges into workflows and interfaces that feel effortless and purposeful.
• Advance Flip’s design system. Strengthen the foundations that make our product cohesive, scalable, and accessible.
• Leverage AI in your process. Use AI-powered tools for ideation, rapid exploration, and research synthesis to design smarter and faster.
• Validate through insight. Collaborate on research, analyze data, and test assumptions to ensure design decisions are grounded in evidence.
• Partner for outcomes. Work closely with PMs, engineers, and customer teams to balance usability, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Elevate the craft. Contribute to design standards, coach peers, and shape how we work as a design organization

What you bring

• 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS or complex, multi-platform environments
• A portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking, strong interaction design, and depth of reasoning behind your decisions
• Proven experience designing for mobile (iOS, Android) and web, with a focus on performance, usability, and accessibility
• Mastery of Figma and fluency in modern design workflows, including prototyping, documentation, and developer collaboration
• Curiosity and confidence using AI-assisted design tools for ideation, content generation, and user insight synthesis
• Clear and structured communication, with the ability to articulate design rationale across disciplines
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional squads in hybrid or remote setups
• Fluency in English is a must; German is a plus
