Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Design features and workflows for complex, data-rich B2B SaaS products.
- AI-native design -- integrating AI across discovery, prototyping, and delivery to accelerate iteration and scale impact across squads.
- Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into intuitive UX solutions.
- Contribute to improving consistency across products by applying shared patterns and standards.
- Support the evolution of the design system through contributions and feedback.
- Conduct research using product analytics (e.g., Pendo) and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams, including offshore partners in India, to deliver high-quality designs.
- Present design work and rationale to product leadership and customers.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of product design experience
- B2B SaaS experience is required (please do not apply if you are missing this experience)
- Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to the design process and building/scaling a design system that unifies experience across a multi-product platform to enable squads to effectively execute.
- Experience designing complex workflows or operations-focused software
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with guidance and feedback from senior designers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plus
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrating a positive approach to change with the ability to adapt and remain effective in evolving environments
