Senior Motion/3D Designer

In this role, you will:

• Develop concepts, create storyboards, prepare visual assets, animate, edit, and deliver high-quality preroll videos, advertising creatives, and short-form promotional clips for multiple channels;

• Produce engaging static and animated visuals, stories, banners, campaign materials, and branded content optimized for different platforms and audiences;

• Design and animate overlays, lower thirds, transitions, intros/outros, alerts, and other real-time motion elements for live streams and gaming events;

• Create visually appealing animations, 3D scenes, effects, and branded elements that support marketing campaigns and enhance user engagement;

• Review all deliverables to ensure they meet technical requirements, animation standards, platform specifications, and brand guidelines before publication;

• Generate ideas for motion content, promotional campaigns, video concepts, and write scripts for advertisements, live streams, and branded video materials;

• Work closely with designers, marketers, product teams, and external partners to deliver impactful visual content aligned with business goals;

• Adapt creatives for different channels, formats, and audiences, supporting user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness initiatives.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Advanced After Effects (motion graphics, compositing, expressions, VFX);

• Strong knowledge of Cinema 4D / Blender / Maya. 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and camera animation;

• Video editing (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve);

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma);

• Understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling;

• Experience creating digital ads, social media creatives, and promotional videos.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of gaming/iGaming workflows is a plus;

• Basic understanding of Unity/Unreal Engine pipelines is a plus.
