Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) Consultant to join a leading destination management company specialising in luxury travel experiences across Southern Africa.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, client-focused professional with a proven background in the MICE industry. The successful candidate will manage complex meetings, incentive travel programmes, conferences and events from concept through to completion while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior MICE Consultant.
  
• Excellent destination and supplier knowledge.
  
• Strong itinerary planning and project management skills.
  
• Outstanding communication and client relationship management abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  
• Proactive, solutions-driven approach with exceptional attention to detail.
