We're partnering with our client, a global pharmaceutical advertising agency, to find a Freelance Senior Medical Writer. This remote temporary role starts ASAP and goes until the end of year. There is no application deadline for this role. *Senior Medical Writer* *Responsibilities*: * Lead annotation and reference verification efforts for healthcare professional promotional materials to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. * Conduct detailed scientific fact-checking and quality control reviews of clinical data, safety information, and efficacy claims. * Collaborate with medical directors, creatives, strategists, and regulatory teams to support digital and promotional initiatives. * Maintain consistency and quality throughout review cycles and across multiple brands. * Support complex annotation workflows, ensuring scientific integrity and adherence to standards. *Senior Medical Writer* *Qualifications*: * Advanced degree such as MD, PharmD, or PhD. * At least five years of medical writing experience within a pharmaceutical agency environment. * Proven expertise in annotation, scientific review, and quality control of HCP promotional materials. * Deep understanding of promotional review processes and compliance standards. * Demonstrated capability to independently manage multifaceted projects across multiple workstreams. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
