We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our US Acute Care and Monitoring (ACM) Marketing Team. In this role you will be responsible for US downstream marketing activities that drive revenue growth and market share gains for the EMS and Post-Acute markets. This role works closely with other marketers on the team to develop and execute these strategies, developing and executing go to market programs. A DAY IN THE LIFE :
Accountable for portfolio performance including revenue growth, share development, pricing integrity and margin protection for the EMS and Post-Acute market channel
Lead EMS and Post-Acute (LTACH, SNF, DME/home) channel downstream marketing, including positioning, value propositions and competitive strategy, partnering closely with the EMS/Post-Acute sales team
Drive market development initiatives that increase awareness of ACM product offering
Develop and execute the sales enablement strategy for the portfolio, including tools, messaging and content creation
Collaborate with sales and marketing partners to identify barriers to adoption and develop programs that accelerate clinical uptake
Provide senior management and cross-functional partners with updates, reports and presentations regarding channel performance
Monitor market performance, competitive dynamics and adoption metrics to optimize commercial strategy
Evaluate the profitability and feasibility of new products or product enhancements
Lead advertising and promotional activities to support brand equity
Build and maintain relationships and partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), customers, distributor partners and healthcare professionals
Demonstrate strong product instincts, problem-solving skills and organizational capabilities to communicate and influence effectively
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of experience in medical device marketing or Advanced degree with at least 2 years of experience in medical device marketing
NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing
Master’s Degree in Business Administration
Experience with project and/or program management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to internal and external audiences
Demonstrated ability to write effective business plans, marketing plans and product plans
Ability to work well in a cross-functional team, listening effectively to others
Ability to multi-task, work on multiple projects, with good organizational skills
Skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
