Join Akamai as a Senior Marketing Program Specialist. Reporting to the Trust, Community, and Intelligence Lead, you will transform our social presence into a real-time business intelligence engine. By leading conversational listening and executive measurement storytelling, you will deliver data-driven insights that shape our editorial strategy, community engagement activities, track competitor shifts, and prove what explicitly earns audience trust.

As a Senior Marketing Program Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting real-time conversational listening and signal detection across platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube to track cloud, AI, and cybersecurity narratives.
• Monitoring and analyzing competitor message shifts to keep Akamai ahead of market trends.
• Owning executive-ready measurement storytelling, delivering monthly readouts and quarterly POVs on content that earns audience trust and consideration.
• Delivering actionable, data-driven recommendations to the social team regarding editorial direction, video formats, and executive voice activation on a weekly basis.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bring senior-level experience in social listening, digital analytics, or market intelligence, ideally within the tech, cloud, or cybersecurity sectors.
• Demonstrate deep proficiency with enterprise social listening platforms and native channel analytics tools.
• Possess exceptional data storytelling skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data sets into clear, executive-ready insights.
• Exhibit a strong strategic mindset, capable of turning raw conversational signals into highly actionable creative and editorial recommendations.
