Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Content Marketing

You will be part of an international Marketing team of 11 professionals, each bringing unique expertise to the table. Together, we collaborate across functions to drive impactful marketing initiatives and work closely with our Sales and Product teams to support business growth. While our team is located across Europe, our Marketing leadership is primarily based in Germany and the Netherlands, fostering a strong and connected international work environment.

This is a full-time position (40 hr/week) that can be performed either from our office in Heerlen or remotely within the Netherlands.

In this role, you will shape TecAlliance's market presence through strategic content and integrated marketing campaigns. By developing compelling messaging and coordinating global initiatives, you will increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and market impact.

What You'll Do

• Content Strategy & Planning
  Develop and own TecAlliance's content strategy, aligning content initiatives with business priorities, brand positioning, and target audience needs.

• Messaging & Editorial Frameworks
  Define content themes, messaging frameworks, editorial priorities, and maintain a coordinated content calendar to drive consistent communication.

• Global Campaign Management
  Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept and messaging through to activation, optimisation, and performance evaluation.

• Multi-Channel Content & Communication
  Coordinate campaigns and content across digital and offline channels, including website, email, social media, events, and other marketing activities.

• Content Creation & Thought Leadership
  Create and manage high-quality content such as articles, case studies, thought leadership pieces, social media content, and email communications that strengthen TecAlliance's visibility and market position.

• Global & Regional Marketing Alignment
  Act as the primary point of coordination between Central Marketing and regional teams, providing guidance and enabling successful local activation of global initiatives.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Corporate Communication, regional Marketing teams, and external industry partners to deliver impactful marketing programs and ensure a consistent brand experience.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Automotive Management or a related discipline.

• Several years of experience in B2B Marketing, Content Marketing, or Marketing Communications.

• Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns across channels and international markets.

• Strong content strategy, storytelling, and content creation skills as well as experience with corporate communications and brand positioning.

• Hands-on expertise in website, email, and social media marketing.

• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to drive cross-functional projects without direct authority.

• Fluent English; German native or fluent preferred.
