In this role, you will
  • Predict campaign effectiveness and marketing impact using LTV forecasting and simple predictive modeling techniques

  • Partner closely with the Marketing team to align on business goals and optimize lead-to-revenue performance

  • Leverage data to identify high-value user segments, support personalization initiatives, and improve conversion rates across the customer journey

  • Design and maintain attribution frameworks that help evaluate channel performance and optimize marketing investments

  • Build scalable SQL queries, data models, and analytical solutions to support decision-making

  • Conduct end-to-end marketing research projects, transforming insights into actionable business recommendations

  • Analyze user behavior, acquisition funnels, and campaign performance to uncover growth opportunities

  • Contribute to the development of predictive analytics and machine learning initiatives within the marketing domain


It’s all about you
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related analytical role within a tech company

  • Hands-on experience analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Email Marketing, and Web channels

  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and transform data insights into actionable recommendations

  • Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with large-scale, distributed datasets

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms

  • Strong Python skills for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, automation, and data exploration

  • Experience working with data warehouses, analytics engineering tools, and ETL/ELT frameworks (e.g., dbt)

  • Proven track record of driving business improvements through data insights and analytical recommendations

  • Passion for solving complex problems, conducting research, and uncovering growth opportunities through data

  • Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy and minimal bureaucracy


Would be a plus
  • Experience working with Apache Airflow and building dbt-based workflows

  • Experience using Git for version control and collaborative development

  • Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
