Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations

This is a hybrid role to the NYC Headquarters for HelloFresh

The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations will lead core operational execution and cross-functional business operations for Factor Form, one of Factor’s fastest-growing emerging ventures. This role sits at the center of the business, owning critical operational workflows across fulfillment, logistics, inventory, order management, supply chain coordination, reporting, and systems execution.

This is a highly hands-on operator role designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can bring structure to operational complexity, and is equally comfortable diving into tactical execution and driving strategic process improvements. You will partner closely with the General Manager and cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Care, and external fulfillment partners to ensure operational excellence as the business scales.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational rigor with analytical horsepower, exceptional cross-functional communication skills, and a bias toward action. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building systems, solving ambiguous problems, and operating as a key business leader within an entrepreneurial environment.

You will…

  • Own critical weekly operational workflows across fulfillment, order management, inventory, and logistics to ensure accurate and on-time execution
  • Manage relationships with fulfillment partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to support ongoing operations, product launches, and special projects
  • Lead operational coordination across supply chain, procurement, shipping, customer care, and inventory management functions
  • Build and maintain weekly and monthly operational reporting, KPI tracking, and business performance updates
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, systems implementations, and operational scalability efforts across the business
  • Partner closely with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to execute high-priority business initiatives and solve complex operational challenges

At a minimum, you have…

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, ecommerce operations, consulting, or related fields
  • Experience managing complex operational workflows in high-growth or fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across large data sets and operational systems
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while driving execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ecommerce, fulfillment, warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, or operational reporting tools preferred
  • BA/BS degree required
