  • Manage the marketing mix for all healthcare primary packaging product lines — including pricing strategy, portfolio lifecycle and competitive positioning — with focus on growth through product superiority and best-in-class circular solutions
  • Lead new product development from brief to commercialization, integrating customer insights, competitive intelligence and market trends to define and prioritize the NPD pipeline
  • Collaborate across R&D, manufacturing and commercial functions to optimize the speed and success of new product introductions
  • Own the external view for the portfolio — collecting, analyzing and communicating customer needs, competitive dynamics and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions
  • Equip sales teams with product knowledge, training materials and collateral; support key customer engagements where deep product expertise is required

Experience & skills required:

  • Degree in Strategic Marketing, Business Administration, Science or Engineering. Masters or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of product management experience in an international environment, preferably with experience in North American and European Consumer Healthcare markets; experience in primary packaging or broader healthcare packaging a strong advantage
  • Proven financial acumen to understand cost models, value selling/market pricing, P&L leavers and margin management to drive successful commercial outcomes
  • Excellent analytical skills, commercially astute with strong project management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify and prioritize areas of opportunity and lead appropriate action. Experience in driving sustainability initiatives is a strong advantage
