Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary day-to-day contact for client requests, managing project workflow across multiple initiatives.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and a positive team culture.
- Oversee tactical media planning and execution across paid channels (digital, social, display, audio, video).
- Manage account finances, including budgeting, billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Develop presentations, campaign recaps, and POVs; support documentation and process improvements.
- Drive workflow efficiencies and maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners.
Measuring Success
- Take ownership of all tasks, ensuring timely delivery and flawless execution of client deliverables.
- Demonstrate a dependable, engaged work ethic and accountability.
- Communicate proactively and effectively.
- Provide accurate oversight and management of financial tasks.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of experience, ideally in an agency environment.
- Retail experience preferred but not required.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with MediaOcean and Print Toolkit is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of paid media channels (digital, social, display, audio, video).
Other Details
- Flexible location; must work East Coast hours.
- No travel required.
The hourly pay range for this position is $ 24.52 - $ 40.08. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
