As the PBM Data Enablement Data Owner, you'll take ownership of the data strategy for your assigned domain(s), ensuring that the domain’s data drives value across the organization. Together with the Technology Data Steward, you'll create a comprehensive data management vision, ensuring accountability for data governance metrics, data lifecycle management and compliance within one or more business data domains.
You will act as a crucial liaison in promoting adherence to data strategies, policies, and standards among data users and allocates essential resources for initiatives. Your expertise enhances alignment between business and technology, improves data quality, ensures data management adherence, mitigates data risks, and encourages collaboration and business agility among teams.
This position requires an agile and collaborative leader who will partner with the Digital, Data, Analytics, & Technology (DDAT) Team to guide strategic direction of data governance consistent with enterprise standards. This role requires clear communication and ongoing engagement across PBM business units to ensure that data is easily accessible, and that the data needs of both our internal and external partners are being met.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
