The Senior Manager supports Payer Access & Reimbursement activities as a member of a cross-functional team, oriented to Medical Affairs (MA) activities related to medical access, evidence generation, value proposition creation, and coverage in policy, all of which impact the reimbursement of Quest’s portfolio of tests. The Senior Manager is instrumental in the coordination of activities related to external engagement with health plans, specialty societies, coalitions, and others where required to enhance coverage and reimbursement or improve the reputation of Quest Diagnostics with the professional and payer communities. This individual must possess strong leadership, problem solving, and presentation capabilities to help facilitate the decision-making process as it relates to stakeholders’ interests, while mitigating risk for the organization.

This is a Remote opportunity. 

Pay Range: $130,000 - $155,000/ year, 15% Annual Incentive Plan/Bonus

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
