Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position provides direction of Medical Staff Services for the South Eastern WA region. Oversees day-to-day departmental operations, supervision of personnel, and preparation of the departmental budget. Responsible for all functions that provide administrative assistance to the medical staff and that enable them to fulfill their duties and obligations as defined by the Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Upon hire: Certified Professional Medical Services Management - National Association Medical Staff Services.
  • 3 years Supervisory experience; 5 years preferred.
  • 5 years Medical Staff experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current experience within the Medical Staff Office services.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
