About the Position
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior Manager, Finance plays a critical operational role on BRAC USA’s finance team. This position oversees day-to-day financial operations, reporting, compliance, and grants management, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the organization’s financial systems. The Senior Manager collaborates closely with the Director of Finance, the Senior Manager of Grants & Compliance, and the outsourced accounting firm to support BRAC USA’s financial health and regulatory compliance.
BRAC USA operates in a hybrid work environment, with headquarters in New York City. This position is fully remote.

BRAC USA offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary, medical/dental/vision insurance, FSA, life insurance, 401 (k), an annual professional development stipend, and generous paid time off. Note that some benefits are subject to a waiting period; more information can be provided to shortlisted applicants upon request.
The salary for this position is $110,000-$125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
