A Brief Overview
Manages the organization's website and serves as the executive director of website content. Ensures website content supports business needs and delivers accurate and timely news to visitors on business activities.

What you will do

• Manages projects, programs, or processes for the Digital Content Management area.
• Develops actionable insights derived from project management tools, data analyses, and stakeholder feedback to drive improvement for the Digital Content Management area.
• Designs website for consistency and consolidation to deliver a business communication and productivity tool that provides users with accurate and timely information.
• Drives ongoing site and content reviews, updates, and maintenance to ensure that communications content supports the needs of businesses and external users.
• Serves as executive editor of the website to ensure an appropriate mix of organizational news keeps visitors up to date on business activities, successes, and challenges.
• Acts as project manager for prototype development projects and collaborates with implementation resources to ensure prototype site goals are reflected in the final launched product.
• Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $165,954.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
