About the Position
The Senior Manager, Content Strategy is responsible for defining what instructional content and learning materials the organization should develop and how that content creates measurable value for learners across TPR and Tutor.com. This role identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes opportunities to improve the digital and print content experience, shaping the strategic roadmap that guides content development across the product portfolio.
Working at the intersection of Product and Content, the Senior Manager collaborates with cross-functional leaders to bring high-impact content initiatives to life. This role develops and maintains the content roadmap and serves as the executional owner of content quality and the overall learner content experience across TPR and Tutor.com. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-informed leader who can balance long-term vision with practical execution.
