Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for our Client Accounting Services Department to join our team. You will oversee and manage the accounting needs of our business, high-net-worth, family office clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and client services, as well as the ability to manage a team and interact directly with clients.

Successful candidates should have the following:
- 7+ years of experience in a controller or client accounting services position.
- Proven experience in accounting and financial management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial standards
Educational Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics is required.
- CPA Certification or CPA in progress.
- MBA or MST Degree.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new prospects and networking opportunities.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Establish, monitor, and enforce a comprehensive set of internal controls and develop policies and procedures regarding accounting and financial-related issues.
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycle, including all relevant journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis, and associated reporting requirements.
- Establish GAAP accounting standards and procedures.
- Review financial reports and statements to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy in reporting.
- Prepare various monthly and annual corporate financial reports for clients, including consolidated financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, cash-flow statements, etc.
- Support cross-functional accounting and finance systems implementation integrations.
- Lead and guide staff through mentorship and assistance.

$140,000 - $180,000 a year
The annual salary target for this job in this market is $140,000 - $180,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
