Senior Manager Biosample Operations Lead

As a Biometrics Project Manager at ICON, you will design and analyse clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What You Will Do:

Your focus will be on coordinating biometrics delivery, resolving issues, and developing team capability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage biometrics project teams to ensure successful execution of clinical trials according to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Statistical Programming to develop and implement data management and statistical analysis plans.
• Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders on biometrics-related aspects of clinical trial design, execution, and interpretation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, and regulatory authorities on biometrics-related matters throughout the duration of clinical trials.

Your Profile:

You will have solid biometrics experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline
• Proven experience managing biometrics projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS or R, and familiarity with CDISC standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex medical data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to Nn-technical stakeholders.
