Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior M&A Integration Change Management Specialist to join our M&A Integrations team. Reporting to Gallagher’s Integration Management Office Change Management M&A Leader, this role offers the opportunity to help shape successful integration experiences by supporting the development and execution of change management strategies for merger activity.  

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills, along with a passion for helping teams navigate change, drive stakeholder readiness, and support business outcomes in a fast-paced environment. 


How you'll make an impact

Under general direction, responsible for all aspects of various projects of a moderately complex nature and provides single point of contact for those projects. Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, status reports. Must be familiar with the project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Communicates with other Project Managers and/or functional managers regarding status of specific projects.


About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications or related field.
  • 5+ years related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in change management, organizational development, or related work, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
