Position Summary
We have an immediate opening for a Senior Learning Management System Administrator for Agilix Buzz. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Agilix Buzz LMS while also acting as the strategic leader and primary owner of the platform. This role goes beyond keeping the platform running. You will be expected to document processes, map system interdependencies, and surface insights that help the organization make better decisions. The Senior LMS Administrator will ensure seamless system functionality, user access, data accuracy, and integration with related platforms. You will serve as the internal expert and primary point of contact for systems issues, technical troubleshooting, and user support, partnering with instructional and operations teams while simultaneously building the institutional knowledge, process infrastructure, and cross-platform thinking that ensures the LMS supports organizational goals.
To be successful, you’ll need to be detail-oriented and initiative-taking. We need a broad thinker who can make suggestions, take constructive feedback with a good attitude and without pushback, and then go out and personally execute with diligence.
