The Senior Learning Experience Designer manages a team of Learning Experience Designers, oversees the creation of high-quality curricula, and ensures all programs align with our learning principles and strategic goals. You will act as both a coach and a project manager: guiding the design team, setting up workflows, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, industry partners, and internal teams to develop innovative programs in fast-growing fields, ensuring they are scalable, practical, and impactful.
