Experience Range: 5 to 8 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years specifically in Salesforce development and platform administration Key Responsibilities:
Establish, validate, and maintain integrations between Sales Cloud and external platforms to ensure seamless data accessibility and workflow automation
Configure and manage Salesforce platform settings, including custom fields, layouts, permission sets, and system setup tailored to integration and business requirements
Administer user access, permission management, and authentication lifecycles, ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards
Monitor integration health and data performance, proactively troubleshoot access issues, data inconsistencies, and integration errors to maintain system reliability
Oversee managed package administration, upgrades, and compatibility validations to ensure optimal functionality and integration with Sales Cloud
Design, build, test, and document scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, validation rules) and programmatic development (Apex, Lightning Web Components)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing, to support testing, validation, and release cycles, and participate in regression testing for platform updates
Author thorough technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and workflow charts, and present risk-mitigation alternatives during technical discussions

Salesforce platform administration, including installation and setup of plug-ins
Salesforce Flow automation and declarative tools
Apex programming for triggers, web services, and asynchronous operations
Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
SOQL and SOSL for data querying and manipulation
Salesforce security model expertise, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and API access controls
DevOps tools such as Git, Bitbucket, VS Code, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
Integration with REST/SOAP APIs, Connected Apps, API user management, and OAuth token lifecycle
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification
Proficiency in a secondary scripting language such as Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Bash
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
Agile software development practices
Expertise in using modern workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Quip, and Slack
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline

Additional Information: Remote work is available; candidates may be based in any office. Immediate start required. Initial contract duration is 6 months. Resource must be from the LATAM region. Interview will be a single round with the hiring manager and a senior technical team member.
