Job Summary:

Provide project-related support by assisting with the design, loading, and validation of lab databases within Clinical Trial Management System(s). Help ensure study set-up activities are completed accurately, in line with standard operating procedures, policies, and good clinical practice, while taking ownership of database configuration quality.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support study validation activities to help ensure project accuracy and readiness
  • Research project issues, gather relevant information, and collaborate with lab colleagues to align set-up with procedures and customer requirements
  • Configure project databases and maintain accurate project documentation files
  • Communicate issues that may affect project delivery to Setup Managers, Project Managers, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate planning, handover, and other project-related meetings with internal departments and colleagues
  • Assist with database design requirements for study protocols and protocol amendments
  • Contribute to project planning by helping build timelines, support regulatory steps, and identify potential risks
  • Manage the set-up process for low-complexity studies and support the mentoring and training of junior staff

What We Are Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry
  • Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Enhanced technical and operational knowledge in Clinical Trial Management Systems preferred
  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with proven attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including a good command of the English language
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and build strong working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
  • Knowledge of laboratory processes and computer systems is helpful

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $51,800.00 - $108,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
