We are a fast-growing AI product and services company focused on building innovative technology solutions across Automation Testing, Product Management Platforms, Education Technology, and AI-driven enterprise solutions. We are looking for a highly driven sales professional who can build strong global pipelines, generate enterprise opportunities, and drive revenue growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end IT sales and business development activities across domestic and international markets

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound sales strategies, networking, LinkedIn outreach, partnerships, referrals, and strategic prospecting

  • Identify and acquire new enterprise clients for AI products and technology services

  • Build and manage strong sales pipeline and maintain consistent revenue growth

  • Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, demos, negotiations, and deal closures

  • Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, founders, and enterprise stakeholders

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for AI products and technology solutions

  • Collaborate with internal product, delivery, and leadership teams to align customer requirements and business goals

  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities

  • Track sales metrics, pipeline movement, forecasting, and revenue targets


Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in IT Sales / Enterprise Sales / Business Development

  • Proven experience in international business development and enterprise sales

  • Strong understanding of IT Services, QA/Testing Services, SaaS, AI Products, or Technology Solutions

  • Experience selling to US, UK, APAC, Middle East, or global markets preferred

  • Strong outbound sales and pipeline generation capabilities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Experience handling complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI product sales or SaaS sales

  • Existing global network and enterprise contacts

  • Experience working in startup or growth-stage environments

  • Ability to work independently and drive business ownership
