Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with a strong background in US staffing and full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for direct clients, MSP programs, and implementation partners in the United States. This is a remote opportunity for the right candidate based in India who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions in the US market.

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.

  • Screen and evaluate candidates through phone and video interviews.

  • Understand technical job requirements and match candidates accordingly.

  • Work with hiring managers, account managers, and clients to understand hiring needs.

  • Submit qualified candidates to direct clients, MSPs, and vendor portals.

  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Ensure compliance with US employment standards and documentation requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.

  • Strong experience working with MSP/VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.

  • Proven experience recruiting for IT roles such as Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure roles.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work US shift hours and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

  • Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with direct clients, Fortune 500 companies, or government/state clients in the US.

  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
