DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and/or contribute as needed to on-going support activities, working with business users and IT partners
- to identify issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues.
- Lead and/or contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives. Participate in business
- requirements definition, design, configuration, testing and deployment tasks.
- Create process flow documents, functional specifications, create/ execute test scripts as needed for
- projects or initiatives.
- Provide user support for NAM and other global regions. Availability for off-hours support tasks is required, as
- needed, and as part of the off-hour support rotation schedule.
- Provide training and assisting other team members on application, platform and interface knowledge and
- methods.
- Ensure compliance with Kontoor policies regarding system access, data security and change control.
- Staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in supply chain management to drive
- innovation and efficiency.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRMENTS:
- Related experience of working as an IT Analyst or Senior IT Analyst Min 8
- Proficiency in SQL statements and root cause analysis skill
- Proficiency in Core Java programming and Struts framework for building/modifying robust web
- applications.
- Related experience in Product Development and Enterprise Supply Chain Management
- Software such as PLM, PDM, 3D, Smartsheet
- Core App Knowledge (sheets/reports/dashboards)

- Deep knowledge of product development (ideation, conceptualization, design, development,
- testing)/sourcing and manufacturing processes and functions within an apparel environment
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, execute, and monitor
- product development projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles encountered during the product
- development process.
- Cross functional collaboration - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as
- engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support throughout the product lifecycle Collaborative,
- team-oriented approach.
- A customer-centric mindset to prioritize features and enhancements that address customer needs and
- drive product success.
EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or other relevant experience
