Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements:
  • Valid Maryland Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required).
  • Previous Allstate carrier experience (Required).
  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the insurance industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions.
  • A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in the insurance field.
Responsibilities:
