Position: Senior HRIS / Workday HCM Analyst

We are looking for an experienced HRIS / Workday HCM professional to support Talent Acquisition, HR operations, compliance, reporting, and HR system improvements.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of Workday HCM experience
10+ years of experience in HR processes / Talent Acquisition
Strong experience with Workday reporting, requisitions, compliance, and system cleanup
Experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint
Strong HR process/SOP documentation and analytical skills
Experience working with HR leaders, Workday teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
Public Sector/State Government experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication and project management skills
