Job Summary: This role owns new patient acquisition for Schweiger — paid and organic. You'll manage paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and others), build and optimize organic channels (SEO, AEO, organic social), and design the high-converting funnels that turn traffic into booked patients. You'll dig into patient cohort data to find our highest-value segments, build campaigns to acquire more of them, and run a disciplined test-and-learn process to keep improving results. This is a mix of hands-on execution, agency management, and cross-functional partnership with the Schweiger team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition channels — Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and emerging platforms — including strategy, budget allocation, bidding, creative testing, and performance optimization.

  • Own organic acquisition channels — SEO, AEO (AI search optimization), and organic social — to grow non-paid new patient volume.

  • Design and continuously improve high-converting acquisition funnels, from ad or search click through landing page, scheduling, and booking.

  • Analyze patient cohorts to identify high-value segments — by service line, geography, payer mix, or channel — and build campaigns to drive their acquisition.

  • Monitor campaign and funnel performance against clear success metrics, and know when to scale, pause, or rework an approach.

  • Run a rigorous testing process: determine the right structure, sample size, and budget for a test, measure results through A/B testing, and iterate until you land on a winning approach.

  • Stay current on acquisition marketing trends — paid social, search, AI-driven discovery, attribution and privacy shifts — and bring new channels and tactics into the mix.

  • Leverage AI tools to make campaign management, reporting, and analysis faster and more effective — automating workflows, building dashboards, and surfacing insights from the data.

  • Manage agency partners across paid and SEO: set strategy and KPIs, hold them accountable to results, and go hands-on directly when it's the faster or better path.

  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to ensure a clean handoff from acquisition into onboarding and retention.

  • Work directly with operational and clinical stakeholders across our practices to align acquisition strategy with office capacity and new patient targets.

  • Operate comfortably in ambiguity — defining the strategy and structure for new initiatives where there isn't already a playbook.

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in acquisition, performance, or growth marketing, ideally in healthcare, healthtech, growth marketing agency or other consumer businesses.

  • Proven track record scaling new patient (or new customer) acquisition at a healthcare company or consumer brand, with specific, quantifiable results you can speak to in detail.

  • Hands-on experience owning paid acquisition channels — e.g. Google Ads, Meta, and/or programmatic — including budget management and performance optimization with specific results you can speak to in detail.

  • Experience with organic channels — SEO, AEO, and organic social.

  • Skilled at designing and optimizing high-converting funnels, including landing pages and booking series

  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. PowerBI) and digital analytics tools (e.g. GA4, MixPanel)

  • Practical experience using AI to make marketing work more efficiently and effectively

  • Comfortable operating across a mix of hands-on execution, agency management, and cross-functional partnership.

  • Working knowledge of HIPAA & Data privacy compliance

Compensation Range: $95,000-130,000
