JOB TITLE: Senior Graphic Designer (Adobe InDesign)

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with exceptional Adobe InDesign skills and a strong background in corporate design.

You'll have experience creating high-quality, long-form corporate documents and know how to transform complex information into clear, engaging and visually impactful content. With a keen eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling, you'll produce brand-aligned work that communicates ideas with clarity and creativity.

Please note, we are specifically looking for designers with strong corporate document and publication experience. Portfolios focused primarily on branding, social media, or advertising campaigns are unlikely to be suitable for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality corporate documents using Adobe InDesign.
• Create layouts for reports, proposals, presentations, and other business-critical materials.
• Develop infographics, diagrams, icons, and visual assets to communicate complex information clearly.
• Ensure all work aligns with established brand guidelines and maintains a consistently high standard.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver work accurately and to tight deadlines.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Graphic Designer within a corporate or professional services environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (essential).
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Outstanding typography, layout, and document design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Designing annual reports, proposals, capability statements, corporate publications, or technical documentation.
• Familiarity with fast-paced project environments and deadline-driven deliverables.
