As a UI/UX Designer at Aspire, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with business goals and customer needs. You will conduct user research, transform insights into engaging designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products across web and mobile platforms.
What You'll Do
- Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and customer journey maps.
- Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces optimized for web and mobile applications.
- Create user stories, interaction flows, and design specifications for development teams.
- Identify usability issues and propose effective, user-centered design solutions.
- Apply UX best practices through rapid prototyping, usability testing, A/B testing, and iterative design improvements.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and clients throughout the design lifecycle.
- Ensure designs follow accessibility, responsiveness, and modern UI/UX standards.
- Present design concepts and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
- Maintain design systems and contribute to a consistent user experience across products.
- Stay current with UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within enterprise or digital product environments.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience designing responsive, mobile-first user experiences.
- Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), design thinking, usability testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluation, and accessibility.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and interactive designs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into user-focused designs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Banking, FinTech, or large-scale enterprise experience is preferred.
- Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to quality.
