Job Summary
We are seeking to bring on a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate the design efforts that grow Courtyard.io globally. You’ll partner with a multidisciplinary team of video editors, live-ops managers, and growth experts to concept, design, optimize, and scale creatives across a variety of product, UA, and social channels. You’ll leverage everything from traditional graphics editing software to AI tools to produce and enhance creatives that represent Courtyard at the highest level. From pack art to static ads, key art, and e-mail headers, you’ll design content that drives engagement and growth.
The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, highly skilled in design execution, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They pair sharp creative instincts with a meticulous mindset and understand how to budget their time to consistently deliver high-performing creatives on schedule. They have the ability to turn insights into concepts and concepts into deliverables that scale without compromising taste. This role reports to the Head of Creative Services and will design and deliver graphic assets for both product and marketing, so this designer must be able to shift between multiple workstreams.
