The role involves executing creative concepts across digital and traditional media channels to achieve client satisfaction. Key duties include brand development, creating large-scale graphics, and designing user interfaces and digital advertisements.
Executes creative concepts that are on strategy across all media channels. Experienced in both
digital and traditional media as well as integrated and ambient environments. Generates
breakthrough ideas and constantly strives for new, better, and more innovative solutions.
Demonstrates expertise in cutting-edge, innovative, and culturally savvy designs. Partners with
different account managers to adapt brands. Works with members of the creative department as
well as other core departments to achieve client satisfaction. Possesses strong conceptual
thinking, solid design skills, and expertise in design programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 3 or more years in the graphic design field.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Canva proficiency optional, but preferred).
- Strong work ethic, great attitude, and the ability to maintain high-quality work.
- Effective collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
- Independent project management, organization, and timely delivery.
- The role demands creativity and strategic thinking to contribute to client strategies.
- Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to create visually appealing designs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Traditional Media Design: Creation of eye-catching one-pagers, multi-page documents and reports, brochures, posters, mailers, etc.
- Large Format Design: Creation of large-scale graphics for advertising and promotional events & Trade Shows.
- Digital Ad & UI Design: Designing digital advertisements, emails, and user interfaces.
- Image Manipulation and Typography: Utilizing image manipulation skills and excellent typography.
- Social Media Design (Desirable): Producing graphics for various social media platforms.
- Video and Animation (Desirable): Creating engaging video content and animations.
- Brand Development: Assisting in guiding overall brand development for consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design strategies, and implement templates to improve workflow.
- Create and maintain design guidelines.
- Organize and maintain creative files in a structured manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay current with design trends and advancements in relevant client industries.
