We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale Google as a performance channel for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will be fully responsible for the channel end to end — strategy, campaign structures, bidding, budget allocation, creative testing, and consistent, high-ROI growth across multiple geos, driving subscriptions through web funnels. Google is your primary channel, and you will also run and grow Meta as a secondary channel, applying solid paid social experience across both.
We work AI-first: campaigns are researched, built, and optimized with the help of AI agents (Claude), directed by a human expert. You are expected to use AI as your daily co-pilot — for keyword and audience research, ad copy, account audits, and automating the repetitive parts of the job.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who runs a channel like a business, not a set of campaigns. You are expected to make independent, data-driven decisions, present a clear weekly strategy, and keep performance stable. For a strong operator, this role has a clear growth path — proven results lead to bigger scope, and over time, to leading the UA function.
Own and optimise the Google ads account end to end — Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, and YouTube.
Run and scale Meta as a secondary channel — campaign structures, audiences, and creative testing.
Maintain high subscription volume while driving efficient CPA and positive ROAS.
Own budgets and make data-driven budget allocation decisions across campaigns and geos.
Prepare and present a clear weekly channel strategy with results and next steps.
Continuously test new campaign structures, keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, and placements.
Identify and pilot new approaches before performance plateaus, scaling what works.
Run structured creative testing to find winning angles, hooks, and formats.
Test and scale winning Google angles and funnels on Meta, and vice versa.
Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Provide data-driven feedback on angles and messaging to guide production.
Research competitors' acquisition strategies, creatives, and channels.
Use Claude and AI workflows daily to research keywords and audiences, generate and review ad copy, and audit the account.
Build agent-based workflows that automate the repetitive parts of campaign management and reporting.
Continuously look for ways AI can raise the speed and quality of channel operations.
Build custom performance models, analyses, and reporting in Excel, Tableau, and Mixpanel.
Develop growth plans based on CPA, ROAS, and ARPU cohort data with the data team.
Own the channel testing roadmap: keywords, bidding, geo-expansion, and landing funnels.
4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with Google as a primary channel you have owned.
Experience managing $500K+ monthly ad spend with clear ROI accountability.
Hands-on experience running and scaling paid acquisition on Meta — account structures, audience targeting, and creative testing.
Experience driving subscriptions through web funnels (web-to-web) for D2C products.
Deep Google ecosystem knowledge: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, bidding strategies, and account structures.
Multi-GEO experience running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries.
Advanced Excel skills plus proficiency in Tableau and Mixpanel — you build your own performance models and frameworks.
Strong AI proficiency — you use AI assistants and agent-based workflows daily in your ads work and see AI as a force multiplier, not a threat.
Autonomous and proactive — takes full ownership of the channel and operates with minimal oversight.
Highly analytical — every scaling and kill decision is grounded in data, not intuition alone.
Fast under load — runs multiple campaigns, tests, and reporting streams in parallel without letting quality slip.
Always testing — looks for new approaches beyond what already works instead of defending the status quo.
AI-native — defaults to AI-assisted workflows and keeps upgrading how the work gets done.
Ready to grow into leadership — shares knowledge, builds repeatable processes, and raises the standard for how the channel is run.
Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok or Snap.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads scripts, feeds, or automation
