We're looking for a Senior PPC Manager to take ownership of high-impact paid media campaigns for fast-growing eCommerce brands.
This is not a basic campaign management role.
You'll be the strategic driver behind sophisticated Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns—bridging high-level growth strategy with expert execution.
YouTube advertising is a core focus of this role. We're looking for someone who understands how to build, optimize, and scale YouTube campaigns that drive measurable business results. Experience with Google Shopping, Merchant Center, and product feed management is also highly valued.

As a Senior PPC Manager, you will:
Lead advanced Google Ads strategy and execution
Own YouTube and Google Shopping campaign performance across multiple client accounts
Collaborate closely with Growth Strategists and Pod Leads
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
Mentor junior specialists and elevate team performance
Own performance accountability across multiple eCommerce accounts
You'll play a key role in scaling eCommerce brands while ensuring elite execution standards across the department.
Google Ads Strategy & Execution
Lead complex campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and Demand Gen
Develop paid media strategies aligned with client business goals (new customer acquisition, aMER, CAC targets)
Own optimization across:
Bid strategies
Audience & keyword refinement
Creative testing
Landing page and campaign experimentation
Maintain elite QA standards through:
Annual account audits
Monthly account health checks
Shopping Feed Management
Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center
Maintain high-quality product feeds for Shopping campaigns
Experience with feed management tools such as DataFeedWatch, Channable, GoDataFeed, or similar is highly preferred
Troubleshoot feed issues and improve Shopping campaign performance
Client Leadership
Lead client meetings and performance reviews
Translate complex performance data into clear business recommendations
Build executive-ready reports and presentation decks
Present strategic recommendations with confidence
Build long-term trusted client relationships
Performance & Analytics
Deep analysis using:
Google Ads
GA4
Looker Studio
Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms
You'll:
Interpret attribution data across multiple sources
Identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies
Optimize budgets for maximum efficiency
Document actionable insights after reporting cycles
Process Optimization & Mentorship
Improve internal workflows and best practices
Mentor junior specialists
Delegate execution while maintaining accountability
Raise the performance bar across the team
Required Expertise
Expert-level experience with:
Google Search
Shopping
Performance Max
Demand Gen
YouTube Ads
Strong knowledge of:
Google Merchant Center
Shopify
Automated bidding strategies
Advanced GA4
Third-party attribution platforms (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.)
Highly preferred:
DataFeedWatch
Channable
GoDataFeed
Experience running incrementality studies for YouTube campaigns
What Makes You a Strong Fit
3+ years managing Google Ads (agency experience preferred)
Proven success growing eCommerce brands
Strong expertise in YouTube advertising
Experience managing Google Shopping campaigns and product feeds
Comfortable working with attribution platforms such as Triple Whale or Northbeam
Experience across multiple eCommerce industries (Automotive, Beauty, Sporting Goods, etc.)
Confident leading client conversations and presenting performance insights
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
