Profile Requirements:

• Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience preferred, with at least 3 years working independently as a Senior Functional Consultant or equivalent role.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience leading client-facing requirement gathering and solution design.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
• Experience across multiple phases of ERP implementation projects.
• Ability to independently identify issues and propose practical solutions rather than simply execute assigned tasks.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior consultants.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with manufacturing clients in the United States.
• Experience for Global implementation projects.
• Experience supporting Japanese companies or multinational organizations.
• Experience in pre-sales, estimates, project planning, or solution architecture is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities
• Work directly with clients to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and translate requirements into Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional solutions.
• Lead functional activities across Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects.
• Conduct business process analysis and facilitate requirement-gathering and design workshops.
• Design functional solutions and document business requirements, functional designs, configurations, processes, and key decisions.
• Support the full implementation lifecycle, including:
• Analysis and requirement definition
• Solution design
• Configuration
• Testing
• User training
• UAT
• Data migration
• Go-live and post-go-live support
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to junior functional consultants.
• Review deliverables prepared by junior consultants and help maintain project quality.
• Identify functional issues, risks, scope gaps, and dependencies, and proactively communicate them to the PM and project team.
• Work closely with Project Managers, technical consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion.
