What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement user-friendly interfaces with React and Next.js.
- Build and optimize backend services using Node.js and NestJS, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components.
- Implement and manage databases (both SQL and NoSQL) to support application requirements effectively.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on full-stack technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with strong experience in React for frontend development.
- Solid understanding of backend frameworks, particularly Node.js
- Extensive experience with database technologies, including SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with frontend tools and libraries like Tailwind CSS and UI libraries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.

- Experience with serverless architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and best practices in web development.
