About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Front-End Web Developer to join a collaborative team focused on building modern websites, digital products, and design systems for enterprise clients.

This role combines technical excellence, problem-solving, accessibility expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. The developer will work closely with technical leads, designers, product partners, and clients to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and performant web solutions.

What You'll Do

Front-End Development & Implementation

• Build high-quality, responsive, and performant web experiences using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
• Develop new features and maintain existing functionality across websites, products, and design systems.
  
• Translate design and product requirements into scalable front-end solutions.
  
• Select and apply appropriate frameworks, technologies, and development approaches based on project needs.
  
• Write resilient, maintainable, and production-ready code that anticipates edge cases and handles errors effectively.
  
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using effective debugging strategies.
  

Accessibility & User Experience

• Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices throughout the development process.
  
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve accessibility issues following WCAG guidelines and best practices.
  
• Advocate for end users by grounding technical decisions in usability and real-world needs.
  
• Ensure digital experiences are accessible, intuitive, and performant across devices and browsers.
  

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Participate in project planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, standups, and retrospectives.
  
• Collaborate closely with technical leads, designers, product teams, and stakeholders.
  
• Contribute technical insights during solution design and project planning.
  
• Communicate project progress, risks, and blockers effectively with internal teams.
  
• Conduct thoughtful and constructive code reviews to maintain development standards.
  
• Support and promote engineering best practices across the team.
  

Quality Assurance & Development Operations

• Ensure high-quality code through automated testing and cross-browser validation.
  
• Implement and maintain continuous integration, build, and deployment workflows.
  
• Collaborate using Git and GitHub while following established development workflows.
  
• Maintain coding standards, documentation, and technical quality across projects.
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices.

Benefits

• Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 USD per month.
  
• Fully remote position from anywhere in LATAM.
