Ontrac Solutions is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the EMEA team of a global leader in risk management software (GRC & Compliance), supporting ARR reporting, forecasting, and executive-level financial insights.

Our client is a globally recognized leader in risk management software, combining Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions with Ethics & Compliance Learning resources. They help organizations identify, manage, and mitigate risk from every angle.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong FP&A foundation who wants to take full ownership of ARR reporting, partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Accounting, and deliver high-impact insights directly to executive leadership and private equity partners.

Key Responsibilities

ARR Reporting & Forecasting

  • Own end-to-end Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reporting, including monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Analyze key drivers of ARR performance (new logo, expansion, contraction, churn, and FX impacts)
  • Clearly communicate trends versus plan and prior periods

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Accounting to ensure accuracy and consistency of ARR data across systems
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies across ARR reporting, financials, and operational metrics

Model & Systems Management

  • Maintain and enhance ARR models and reporting tools to drive reporting efficiency, accuracy, and automation
  • Leverage NetSuite and other key data sources to extract, validate, and reconcile financial data

Stakeholder Reporting

  • Build and maintain high-quality reporting packages for internal leadership, board members, and private equity partners
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights tailored to executive and PE audiences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in FP&A or financial reporting
  • Strong advanced Excel skills
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within a multinational environment
  • PowerBI or advanced data visualization tool skills
