You will embed with clients to redesign complex operational workflows and deliver production AI agents that create measurable business impact. You are responsible for owning customer engagements from scoping through implementation and ongoing iteration.
Join a customer-facing engineering team at an AI-powered enterprise automation company. You will embed with clients to redesign complex operational workflows and deliver production AI agents that create measurable business impact.
Own customer engagements from scoping and kickoff through implementation, go-live, and ongoing iteration.
Map workflows, identify automation opportunities, and address process issues and implementation blockers.
Translate business logic into agent actions, decision rules, exception paths, and fallbacks.
Configure and deploy agents across customer ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, email, and other systems.
Write integration code, scripts, and prototypes, then debug and improve agents in production.
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, lead working sessions, and connect delivery to business outcomes.
Document reusable patterns and runbooks, and share recurring workflow insights with Product and Engineering.
Five to eight years of experience in forward deployed engineering, applied AI, technical consulting, or a similar hands-on delivery role.
Demonstrated experience shipping AI or agentic systems in customer environments and owning delivery from scoping through go-live.
Hands-on skills with LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, evaluations, MCP, APIs, and retrieval-augmented generation.
Integration experience using Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
Strong customer-facing communication, sound judgment on scope, and the ability to explain technical work through business impact.
Experience in operationally complex areas such as retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics is valuable.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites across the UK and Europe, approximately three days per week during active deployments.
Compensation is €110,000 to €200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Remote in the United Kingdom, with frequent travel to customer sites across the UK and Europe.
