With over 4,000 people across engineering, design, product, and consultancy, we turn complex challenges into elegant solutions. Our clients range from fast-growing startups to global enterprises, and the work we do with them has real impact on real people.

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer who genuinely enjoys the craft of mobile engineering and cares about the quality of what they ship. You will be part of a small, focused team working on a live consumer application used by millions of families around the world. The app is going through an exciting technical transformation, and you will play a meaningful role in shaping how it evolves. This is not a role where you sit in a corner and write tickets. You will have real ownership,
contribute to technical decisions, review your teammates' code, and occasionally mentor others. The team culture is flat, collaborative, and genuinely fun to work in.

You will be joining a cross-functional team working on a live mobile application that is already on the market and is now being migrated from Unity to Flutter. This is a technically interesting moment to join 2014 the project has a long runway, and if the migration goes well, the same approach will be rolled out across a wider application portfolio as part of a major long-term platform transformation. This is one of the most significant technical transformations in the client's history, with a product that will serve tens of millions of users over the next decade. It is the kind of project that looks good on a CV and feels good to work on.

Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, well-tested Flutter code for a production mobile app used by millions of users on iOS and Android
  • Actively contribute to the Unity-to-Flutter migration, helping maintain stability during the transition
  • Take part in technical discussions and help shape architectural decisions
  • Participate in code reviews and give constructive, thoughtful feedback
  • Support and mentor colleagues when needed, and share what you know
  • Work closely with designers, QA, firmware engineers, and product teams on a daily basis
  • Show up to stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives with ideas, not just updates

Requirements:

We know the perfect candidate rarely ticks every single box. If you feel strongly about the role, we would still love to hear from you.

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on Flutter and Dart production experience
  • Strong grasp of Flutter app architecture, widget lifecycle, and state management (BLoC preferred, Riverpod also welcome)
  • Experience integrating mobile apps with REST APIs, handling authentication flows (JWT, OAuth2), and building resilient API layers
  • Comfortable working with Firebase services such as Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, or Push Notifications
  • Familiarity with offline/online sync strategies and data caching on mobile
  • Experience working in and modernising existing codebases, not just greenfield projects
  • Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release processes for mobile

Desirable:

  • Experience with Unity or other cross-platform frameworks
  • Background in games or children's digital products
  • Familiarity with Bluetooth peripherals, IoT, or connected device communication
  • Native iOS or Android development experience
  • Flutter web or desktop experience is a nice bonus, though not in scope right now

What's in it for you?

  • Flexible working hours
  • Home office option
  • 5 weeks of holiday
  • 5 sick days
  • Multisport Card
  • Meal allowance
  • Internal trainings including workshops and seminars
  • Paid certifications and technical as well as soft-skills training
  • Possibility to participate in international conferences
  • Fresh fruit, coffee, and a weekly company breakfast in the office
  • Loyalty bonus after 5, 10, 15 and more years with the company
  • Referral bonus programme

  • Christmas party, health week, summer ice cream, and more
  • Hybrid and remote working options available across our Czech offices in Prague, Hradec Králové, and Zlín.
